Is it better to start off with electric drums first before committing to real drums?
I'm thinking about playing the drums and i was wondering if i should start off with electric before fully committing. i was also wondering if i could learn how to play without lessons.
Should I get electric drums or standard drums ?

Should I learn bass, electric, drums, or keyboard/piano?
I know, it's a silly question, and it sounds like I'm forming a one person band. xD But I'm interested in learning all of these and I can't decide which I want to learn first. I've been playing acoustic guitar for about a year now and am pretty decent at it, and I have played trombone in band for 5 years if that counts for anything xD . I want to learn all of them for different reasons bass because it sounds epic and I've always liked the bass part in songs, electric because I've played solos on my friend's electric before and loved it, drums because it looks fun to play, and piano because I want to play the piano parts in some of the songs I listen to. It's a pretty subjective question but I really can't decide and need some help.
How loud is the tapping with electric drum kits?
I am trying to get drums but my parents wont let me buy acoustic drums and the tapping of electric drums are to irritating. I live in a small house in suburbia and im wondering how loud the tapping is and are there any ways to reduce the sound ?
Acoustic Drums vs. Electric drums?
I would rather have acoustic drums because1. They look better2. They seem like they would give better sound3. It seems like if you learned on electric drums you wouldnt be able to switch over to acoustic someday.But which is really better? Ive never touched a drum set in my life. My dad would rather me get electric because of the noise but if i were to shut the door and not go crazy it wouldnt be THAT loud, would it? I mean i play guitar and when i have it plugged in i play pretty loud.
