Where can I find J-rock drums tabs?
I need to learn how to play a song on the drums for a final. I was looking for tabs within the Japanese rock genre. Alice nine, Gackt, Miyavi would be good bands.

The perfect set of rock drums?
this is the deal, im getting a new set of drums cuz i have a really cheap drum set from groove percussion. ive ben playing for about 6 years but ive never taken the time to learn about cymbals and different types of sets. i have 1500 dollars that i can spend on cymbals drums and heads and the hardware, such as stands and wat not. I need a quality set from either ludwig, pearl, yamaha, or tama. i prefer evans drum heads, preferrably the onyx ones. i need a ride, 2 crashes, and a HH. i do not want any used things, even if it is in mint condition. I only play rock and hip hop kinda stuff, like linkin park. i kno linkin park is not hip hop . Can u plz find me a good set with drum heads and cymbals and hardware for under 1500. just plz list the kind of cymbals, set, and heads.

ok, so heres my situation i have these crappy groove percussion drums in cherry red. they sound like junk and even after i tuned them, they still sound bad. since they are pretty old and the hi hat stand, kick pedal, and snare stand are breaking i might as well get a new drumset. but if i replace all the head, including the resonate and batter heads, with evans drum heads. preferably the onyx ones, will it make a big difference? I also have to buy new crashes, a ride, splash, and hi hat, which includes the stand. more importantly is it cheaper than buying a ludwig, pearl, or yamaha drum set, or replacing pretty much everything except the shell. The way i look at it is, replacing everything will probably cost half as much as a new drumset, but if it still doesnt sound right i will be screwed. Also, the drums im lookin at have waaay better finishes than wat i have. but please, i dont have a lot of money right now and i just want to have quality rock drums but get them in the cheapest way possible. O, and i dont want to buy used drums. I want new ones. Thx
